Top 5 Sandbox-like Games on Android in Denmark, Q3 2023

The third quarter of 2023 showcased interesting trends for the top sandbox-like games on the Android platform in Denmark. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these games, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Roblox from Roblox Corporation experienced fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at around $15K in the week of July 31. Weekly downloads varied but reached a high of approximately 1.5K in mid-July. Active users saw a peak of about 229K in late July but gradually declined to around 191K by the end of September.

Minecraft Trial by Mojang showed consistent weekly downloads, hovering between 329 and 483 throughout the quarter. Active users remained stable, with a slight increase from about 5.4K to 5.6K early in the quarter, and ending at around 5.3K.

Block Craft 3D: Building Game from Wildlife Studios had modest weekly revenue, with a notable peak of $11 in the last week of September. Downloads were steady, fluctuating between 202 and 263. Active users saw a peak at 2.4K in late July but experienced a slight decline towards the end of the quarter, settling at around 2.2K.

Town Building Life Simulator by XGame Global had a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting from 103 in late June and reaching 345 by the end of September. Revenue saw a peak of $16 in mid-September. Active users showed a positive trend, growing from around 543 in late June to 947 by the end of the quarter.

Super Rope Monster Game by Zego Studio, which was released in July 2023, experienced a decline in weekly downloads from 495 at launch to just 25 by the end of September. Active users also decreased from 502 in early July to 246 by the end of the quarter.
